Social responsibility is one of the goals that individuals as well as organizations strive to achieve, given the great role that social responsibility plays, whether for individuals organization or society, as social responsibility is seen as a moral obligation and responsible behavior towards stakeholders and one of the most important beneficiaries Among the social responsibility programs we find both individuals, organizations and society, and we note that in order for social responsibility to be achieved, individuals and organizations must seek help and work with ethical behavior during the performance of tasks, that is, they must work according to business ethics, the latter of which is of great importance in increasing the efficiency of the performance of employees and increasing the performance of the organization.
