إن السلطة الكوردية المتمثلة بـ (إقليم كوردستان العراق) لها دور فعال و طبيعي في تشكيلة الحياة السياسية في الشرق الأوسط.
و يتمحور هذا البحث حول البناء التاريخي لهذه السلطة و عناصر تشكيلها في الماضي.
السؤالان الرئيسيان لهذا البحث، هما: هل السلطة الكوردية لها جذور واصول في التاريخ؟ وماهي أهم عناصر وجودها في التاريخ؟ وقد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج التاريخي التحليلي.

Abstract EN
has an effective and natural role in the formation of political life in the Middle East for the time being.
This research focuses on the historical construction of this authority and the elements of its formation in the past.
The main question of this research is: does the Kurdish authority have its origin in history? What are the most important elements of its existence in history?
