يهدف البحث من خلال دراسة الفقه الإسلامي إلى التفقه في الدين ليحقق للمجتمع الذي نعيش فيه و للعالم بأكمله فوائد كثيرة و متعددة التي دلت عليها النصوص القرآنية و السنة النبوية الشريفة.
حيث قيض الله لها علماء اجلاء تركوا لنا كنوزا ثمينة و ثروة علمية عظيمة من ضمنها المخطوطات.
و من هذه المخطوطات هي رسالة في السواك و التي نحن بصدد تحقيقها.
يتكون تحقيق هذه الرسالة من جانبين : -الأول: يتحدث عن حياة المؤلف و الذي يتضمن اسمه، و ولادته، و لقبه، و كنيته، و شيوخه، و تلاميذه، و مؤلفاته، و وفاته.
-الثاني : يشتمل على النص المحقق مع بيان اختلاف الفقهاء فيه و بيان أدلتهم و الراجح منه.
Abstract EN
Through studying the Islamic Jurisprudence, the current paper aims at jurisprudent in religion to achieve many various advantages that Quranic texts and the Prophetic route have denoted to for the community that we live in as well as all over the world.
Allah predetermine scholars of religion for Quranic texts and the Prophetic route to grant us precious treasures and a scientific wealth including the manuscripts.
One of these manuscripts is the study about Siwak which is the main topic to be edited.
This study is divided into two parts: The first part debates the author’s life which comprises: his name, birth, surname, nickname, scholars, pupils, writings, and death.
The second part section talks about the edited text with reference to jurists’ controversy and their evidences, and the predominant evidence.
