Today, many countries of the world look optimistically about artificial intelligence as the engine of the economic wheel and a means to confront industrial challenges, in particular the need for architecture to search for new ways to create and design smart housing based on improving living conditions, rationalizing resources, preserving the environment, ensuring a happy life for citizens and keeping pace with global transformations in order to meet the demands of the population and achieve living gains.

Although the Algerian legislator remained far from this perception, the global transformations, living problems and gains that can be reaped from the exploitation of smart housing it will inevitably lead him to legislate it.
