Investment is one of the most effective ways to move the wheel of economic development of countries along the lines of Algeria.

This is why the Algerian state has attracted investments, especially foreign, because of its great impact on moving this wheel.

It was necessary to motivate foreign and even local investors to invest their money, so the state adopted a set of Mechanisms and privileges for that.

The fiscal stimulus has the largest share, considering that investors are afraid of imposing large taxes that would hinder their interests in their investment projects; in the same context, linking them to environmental protection because any investor is looking for a suitable investment environment for his project to double his profit.
