يلقي هذا البحث الضوء على عدد من المسائل المعاصرة المتعلقة بجمع الزكاة و الصدقات في المسجد و صرفها لصالحه، حيث تم بحث مسألة بيع المزاد في المسجد لبعض الهبات العينية و رصد ريعها لصالح المسجد، و مسألة جمع الصدقات أثناء خطبة الجمعة، و مسألة إعطاء المسجد لنسبة من الصدقات التي تجمع فيه، و مسألة بناء المسجد خارج ديار الإسلام من أموال الزكاة .و قد توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج منها أنه لا مانع شرعا من بيع بعض الهبات العينية في المسجد بيع مزايدة و تخصيص الريع لصالح المسجد.
كما لا يجوز جمع الصدقات و التبرعات أثناء خطبة الجمعة و في الجلسة بين الخطبتين، أما بعد صعود الإمام على المنبر و قبل الشروع في الخطبة أو بعد الانتهاء من الخطبة و قبل الشروع في الصلاة، فإن جمع التبرعات فيهما خلاف الأولى.
و يجوز لإدارة المسجد أخذ نسبة من التبرعات التي تجمع فيه، إذا لم يكن التبرع معينا لجهة ما، أما لو قامت إدارة المسجد بالجمع فيمكن لها أخذ أجرة المثل فقط.
و يجوز صرف الزكاة في بناء المساجد خارج ديار الإسلام كما يجوز الإنفاق عليها و على أنشطتها الدعوية .
Abstract EN
This research sheds the light on a number of contemporary issues concerning collecting and disbursing Zakat and Alms in mosques, as the issue of selling some endowments in kind through auction and allocate their proceeds in favor of the mosque has been discussed.
Moreover, the issues of collecting Alms during Friday(Jumu 'ah prayer) sermon (Khutbah), allocating an amount of the Alms for the mosque where they have been collected and building a mosque outside Islam territories from Zakat funds have also been discussed.
The researcher has reached results, that it is not lawfully prohibited to sell some of the endowments in kind in the mosque through auction and the allocate proceeds for the mosque's benefits.
Furthermore, it is not permissible to collect Alms during the Friday sermon and in the rest between the two sermons.
Zakat may be disbursed or spent on the construction of mosques outside Islam territories.
