This research under the title (The Right to Discipline the Outlawed in Islamic Jurisprudence) is an attempt to shed light on disobedience and the mandatory rule of disobedience and the legality of disciplining the outlier in Islamic jurisprudence and through it shows who has the right to discipline the outlaw.

The topic is of great importance in the life of the couple because it has special controls that must be taken into account when dealing with it.
