The world has witnessed various eras such as industrial renaissance and economic and regional blocs.

The global community is now entering the so-called digital age, where information is of paramount importance and the information revolution is described as the third evolutionary wave because it has an impact on development and development within human societies.

The standard of progress in the world is no longer rich for any region and is no longer governed solely by the volume of exports and imports or by the strength of the local currency, as the criterion of progress reflects the ability of this region to catch up with the information revolution and understand the essence of its inevitability.

The progress and acceleration in the era of technology that prevails in the world now makes us stand in this research at the location of the Arab countries and the reality of the distance and distance from this ride and how to catch up with it.

The reality has revealed to us that our Arab position of technological progress is very late, and these indicators certainly indicate great gaps for the Arab world for the countries of the world.

This situation necessitates the need to call the alarm bell to limit this major problem in the Arab world and determine its location from the continuous digital acceleration in the world.

Le monde a connu diverses époques telles que la renaissance industrielle et des blocs économiques et régionaux.

La communauté mondiale entre à présent dans ce que l'on appelle l'ère numérique, où l'information revêt une importance primordiale et où la révolution de l'information est décrite comme la troisième vague de l'évolution, car elle a un impact sur la croissance et le développement des sociétés humaines.

L'indice du progrès dans le monde n'est plus régi par le volume des exportations et des importations ou par la force de la monnaie locale, mais à sa capacité de se rattraper par rapport à la révolution informationnelle et comprendre l'essence de son caractère inévitable.

Les progrès et l'accélération de l'ère technologique qui règne dans le monde nous incitent, dans cette étude, à nous situer et à localiser les pays arabes par rapport à cette réalité tout en réfléchissant à la façon de se rattraper.

La réalité nous a révélé que la position du monde arabe en matière de progrès technologique est très tardive et que ces indicateurs indiquent certainement de grandes lacunes par rapport au autres pays du monde.

Cette situation nécessite de faire sonner l'alarme pour limiter ce problème majeur dans le monde arabe et déterminer son emplacement à partir de l'accélération numérique continue dans le monde.
