It gets us stalemate.

As for neglecting it to the extent of a response to the college, It prevents us from benefiting from the doctrines of jurisprudence.

It deprives us of a rich doctrinal wealth that was created over long periods of time and has been alternated by a large number of schollars.

So, I tried, this moderate approach to show the advantages, merits and benefits of adhering to doctrinal jurisprudence, away from detestable fanaticism in order to serve it and benefit from it, with the necessity of renewal if its justifications were found and its obligations were carriedout.

In this way, Islamic jurisprudence achieves its goal and records its presence in people's lives.

It will be a help to them to adhere to the law of God Almighty and relieve embarrassment from them.
