Abstract EN

This research aims to show the importance of learning "principles of jurisprudence "in educational attainment, besides the fields of renewal in it, in order to attain the educational quality.

It also presents the major difficulties in learning related to the nature of "principles of jurisprudence" and the quality of the issues assessed on students, in addition to the difficulties caused by the methods of teaching that are Often confined to the two options of boring indoctrination and self-learning, with an indication of the effects of each method on educational achievement.

This paper offers practical solutions to face the mentioned difficulties, and to keep pace with contemporary challenges to achieve educational quality through the development of Islamic sciences curricula in light of the contemporary changes.

The research concluded that the renewal in principles of jurisprudence is based on the renewal of its purposes and its content, in addition to the revision of the methods of learning besides the ways of evaluation.
