Crimes against humanity are among the most serious international crimes) known to man, as a result of the First and Second World War, and which he suffered greatly, as a result of its gravity and its effects on humanity, especially unarmed civilians.

As this crime has implications for the implementation of international es humanitarian law and for achieving international peace and security in the world, which the United Nations has been seeking to achieve since its existence, our aim of this study is to demonstrate these effects.

We also reached the conclusion that crimes against humanity have negative effects on the application international humanitarian law and the achievement of international peace and security, through the violation of of rights and freedoms, the lack of application of the principles of international humanitarian law, and the lack of respect for international covenants, especially the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols 1977.
