نهدف من خلال هذا المقال لإبراز أهمية التسيير الإداري في تسيير البرامج الاجتماعية، و خاصة منها الموجهة للفئات الهشة من المجتمع، فموضوع الدراسة يركز على جهاز الشبكة الاجتماعية الموجه للفئات الفقيرة و الذي يسير على مستوى البلديات الجزائرية.
و بهذا فقد قمنا بإجراء مقابلات نصف موجهة و تحليل مضمونها بالاعتماد على بعض الإحصائيات الميدانية الخاصة بسنة 2019.
خلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن تسيير البرامج الاجتماعية يستلزم الكثير من الترشيد و العقلانية و الفعالية في أن واحد
Abstract EN
The aim of this article is to highlight the importance of administrative management in the management of social programs, especially those aimed at vulnerable groups of society.
Thus, we conducted semi-directed interviews and analyzed their content based on some field statistics for the year 2019The results of this study concluded that the conduct of social programs requires a lot of rationalization, rationality and effectiveness at the same time.
