This study aims to identify the level of health awareness for adults with chronic diseases.

Individuals do interact with it in society.

The latter is manifested through Individual's health behavior since it is considered as a social health behaviors.

The participants of the study where a group of 36 patients with three different type chronic diseases.

12 patients diagnosed with type II diabetes, other 12 patients with renal insufficiency while the rest (12) with hypertension.

The ageof the patients is between 30 and 60 years oldThe researcher relied on the scale of health awareness, which resulted in a low level of health awareness among members of the research group
