Abstract EN

The research deals with the theory of probability calculation and its application to male criticism by collecting clues through extrapolation and tracing them in their fluorescence in order to reach knowledge of the narrators' condition, and the collection of a male judgment against them.

As he was considered the first to introduce theory into the Sharia sciences, including hadith and men, and the research may consist of three demands: The first: Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (biography and methodology), in which the research showed the biography of the master and his methodology in his jurisprudential and men's research.

The second: the theory of probability calculation (emergence and mechanism of action), as the research showed the emergence of the theory and its mechanism of action, and the result that it leads to by justifying the theory’s action and its performance.

The third: The role of probability calculation theory in compiling clues and criticizing narrators at Sayyid al-Sadr, as he showed in it the mechanism for applying the theory to Sharia sciences, especially male criticism, and how to reach a judgment through it, by applying it to one of the narrators for whom no male judgment was issued, namely (Ahmad Bin Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Attar) and the research - by applying the theory of probability calculation - reached its documentation
