explore the problems of managing libraries of Faculties of Education electronically in Egyptian universities and the requirements to confront them by studying the reality of electronic libraries for Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities as they are a strategic resource and the basis for progress, development, survival and continuity away from the current reality that is characterized by stagnation, and trying to address the obstacles facing the activation of management The electronic libraries of the Faculties of Education in the Egyptian universities, providing the necessary mechanisms to activate the electronic management of the libraries of the Faculties of Education in the Egyptian universities.
