The research aimed to evaluate educational decision-making process in higher education institutions in Egypt in the light of COVID-19 break out and the impacts of the educational decisions taken for addressing this crisis on the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational system.
The research concluded to a proposed conceptualization that targets enhancing educational decision-making in higher education institutions for reaching the efficiency and excellence of these institutions under the situation of awful outbreak of Corona Virus (COVID-19) Pandemic.
