ضمن السياق الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الحالي ومع قلة مناصب الشغل والحاجة إلى التميز في مسارات الحياة المهنية والتدريبية يحتاج بعض الشباب إلى التكوين في المهن اليدوية والحرف التقليدية لتعلم مهنة تساعدهم على إيجاد منصب شغل أو أنشاء نشاط خاص بهم يخلصهم ن البطالة وسلبياتهما.
بالنظر إلى ما تهدف هذا المقال إلى فهم حاجة بعض الشباب المتسربين من المدارس لإنشاء أنشطة حرفية جديدة من خلال التواصل مع المجتمع المهني واكتساب المهارات اللازمة.
Abstract EN
In the current socio-economic context, with the lack of employment and the need for perfection in one's professional life, certain young people require traditional craft industry training to learn a trade that will enable them to find employment or start their own business, thereby avoiding unemployment and its negative consequences.
this article aims the necessity for young people who have dropped out of school to develop new artisanal pursuits while interacting with the professional world and obtaining the essential skills.

Dans le contexte socio-économique actuel, et avec le manque d'emplois et le besoin de perfection dans le parcourt de vie professionnelle, certains jeunes ont besoin d'une formation aux métiers de l'artisanat traditionnels pour apprendre un métier qui les aidera à trouver un emploi ou à créer leur propre activité et s'éloigner du chômage et de ses effets négatifs.
contenu de ce qui précède cet article vise à comprendre le besoin des jeunes qui ont abandonné l'école pour créer des nouvelles activités artisanales en se rapprochant de la communauté professionnelle et en acquérant les compétences nécessaires.
