ومن هذه النماذج، نظرية صفوف الانتظار، موضوع بحتنا بالتطبيق على الخدمات البنكية المقدمة على مستوى البنك الوطني الجزائري.

The mathematical application of operational research methods has led to a tremendous development in decision-making, and has made it possible to obtain quantitative solutions for the consequences of each of the alternatives, which facilitates the decision-making process.
one of these models is the queue theory, which is purely applicable to banking services provided at the level of the national bank of Algeria.

L'application mathématique des méthodes de recherche opérationnelle a conduit à un formidable développement dans la prise de décision, et a permis d'obtenir des solutions quantitatives pour les conséquences de chacune des alternatives, ce qui facilite le processus de prise de décision.
l'un de ces modèles est la théorie de files d'attente, qui est purement applicable aux services bancaires fournis au niveau de la banque nationale d'Algérie.
