This study proposed an analysis method using covariance based structural equation modeling to analyze the individual and total indirect effect, and the direct total effect in the multiple mediator models, Applying to a sample of 250 teachers of primary educational stage.

The results concluded that: There are direct effects, for both work stress and organizational climate, and job satisfaction on performance, and indirect effects, for each of the work stress and the organizational climate on performance, and there is a total indirect effect of work stress on performance through the two mediating variables, organizational climate and job satisfaction.
