Respecting the rights of victims of international crimes is an element of great importance, and accordingly, this study aims to determine the rights of victims of international crimes in accordance with international law, and to clarify the procedures to achieve them, and the study showed the extent of the great change in interest in the rights of victims at the international level in the three decades In the latter, victims have been recognized for a greater role in terms of participating in the procedures, claiming reparation and obtaining compensation, taking into account the development of measures to protect them, and many procedures have been stipulated that will achieve these rights for the victims
