Abstract EN

This study sought to study the extent to which the principle of the immunity of the President of the Judicial Republic conflicts with the principle of his political responsibility, and the research concluded that there is no contradiction between the two principles and their complementarity, even though presidential immunity aims to protect the most important constitutional institution, and to ensure its stability and independence.

The republic leads to its isolation that stems from the popular will, as the principle of constitutionalizing the principle of political responsibility seeks to lead to: the activation of legal security, the achievement of equality and the consolidation of the state's submission to the law.
