The settlement of disputes arising from administrative contracts, especially partnership contracts between the public and private sectors, is one of the important topics, and this topic acquires special importance within the framework of these contracts.

The main axis of this research is to clarify the means of alternative methods of justice in settling disputes and to clarify its procedures within the framework of the company's contracts, and to indicate their suitability in application because of its impact on the completion and implementation of these contracts.

According to the complex nature of partnership contracts, as they include a set of contracts subordinated from the original contract, and include a set of contracts, relationships and different parties, which raises many questions regarding the rules and procedures that govern alternative methods of justice in settling disputes arising from it, especially arbitration, which has been clarified in this research.
