The subject matter of the concept of partial modification of an administrative decision and its form is of great importance, with the administration partially modifying the administrative decision and abolishing similar violations of the principle of legality, thereby preserving the administrative decision without executing it.

Hence, the importance of resorting to partial modification of the administrative decision by the administration or its governing body without revoking the entire administrative decision, knowing the limits within which the administrative judiciary is present, without unlawfully interfering with the administration's operation of the partial amendment.
