This research aims to clarify the problems related to the concept of selling the property of others in the Jordanian civil law in comparison with other laws such as the Egyptian civil law.

The study dealt with what is selling the property of others, its legal conditions, and what are the penalties for selling the property of others in the Jordanian civil law.

The study relied on the analytical method to analyze texts, jurisprudential opinions, and judicial rulings.
