Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to contribute to providing an explanation of the Palestinian positions on the Turkish policies towards the Palestinian issue.

The research adopted the case study methodology through two mechanisms: the literature, attitudes and research on the subject, the second: interviews, within an intentional sample that included fifteen Palestinian personalities.

The research concluded that the positive Palestinian evaluation of Turkish policies is due to the balanced Turkish policy in the relationship with the various parties to the Palestinian cause, and the Palestinians' view of Turkey as a development model capable of standing in the face of Israeli policies, in particular its position on the siege of the Gaza Strip.

As for the negative factors represented in, Turkish interference in internal Arab affairs, particularly in Syria, and the tension in Turkey's relations with the pivotal Arab powers.
