Abstract EN

This study aimed at knowing "TheImpact impact of Iinformation and Communication Technology in Developing The Performance of The Public Relations Officer" by conducting a field study on a sample of public institutions in the state of Tiaret using the descriptive and analytical approach, and collecting data from the study population consisting of those in charge of public relations at the institutional level Public in the state of Tiaret, depending on the form.

The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: that ICT plays a major role in improving communications in the organisation, and it also contributes to the development of job performance.
