The current study aimed to identify the social responsibility of drivers who break traffic law.

To do this, the case study method was used, and we employed the semi-structured interview to examine the characteristic.

the study sample consisted of 03 male drivers, whose ages ranged from 24 to 67 years, in the state of El-oued.

the indicator of the selection of the sample was a violation of the traffic law.

The results from the analysis interview content that drivers violating the traffic law don't have the social responsibility attribute.
