تأسست المنظمة الفرنكوفونية بفرنسا للحفاظ على اللغة الفرنسية والتوسع الثقافي الفرنسي في دول المغرب العربي و بعض الدول الإفريقية، و ارتبطت بإيديولوجية و فكرة الهيمنة و التوسع، لا كما يدعي مؤسسوها على أنها تلاقح و تبادل ثقافي و إنساني بين الشعوب.
لقد كانت اللغة العربية في الجزائر مع اللغة الفرنسية الدخيلة في تجاذب مستمر وحاد منذ أن وضع الاستعمار قدمه هناك، و ازدادت حدة و نشوب هذا الصراع بعد الاستقلال، مما جعل الملاحظين يختلفون في وجهات نظرهم في الحكم على هذه الظاهرة.
و تبين من خلال البحث في هذه الظاهرة أن هناك من يراها تعايشا بين اللغتين و تداخلا قد يعود بالفائدة على اللغتين و الشعبين الجزائري و الفرنسي وذلك هو الهدف المنشود، وهي كذلك في نظرهم وسيلة و قناة لنقل العلوم و المعارف إلى الجزائريين ودول المغرب العربي، و تدريس اللغة الفرنسية كذلك انفتاح على الثقافات الأجنبية، و منهم من يراها صراعا عدائيا قائما بين الفرنكوفونيين و المعربين – الذين اتخذوا سياسة التعريب وسيلة للتخلص من اللغة الفرنسية و القضاء عليها و استرجاع مكانة اللغة العربية – و ما يحملونه من اتجاهات و أفكار، فالإشكالية هل الظاهرة "تعايش أم صراع؟
Abstract EN
"Francophonie was established in France preserving French language and cultural expansion in the Maghreb and some African countries.
It means domination and expansion, not as its founders claim to be a cultural exchange between peoples.
Arabic and French in Algeria are in a attraction since the colonial period.
This conflict has intensified after the independence, making the observers differ in their views on this question, some see it a coexistence and overlap between the two languages and peoples, and a canal of transferring sciences and knowledge to Algerians and the Maghreb countries and teaching French is an openness to foreign cultures and that's the desired aim, but others see it as a conflict between the Francophones and Arabophones - who have taken Arabization as a tool to get rid of the French language - and their attitudes and ideas, so the problematic, is: “Is this phenomenon a coexistence or a conflict”?
