This study aims to identify the contents of the Kabylie News page, which is active on the social networking site Facebook, which is related to freedom of opinion and expression and hate speech in terms of form and content, and to identify the composition and quality of the contents, the nature of publishing methods and the values included in the news, in addition to revealing the extent of interaction with Page posts on Facebook.

For the purpose of conducting this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, by analyzing the data obtained from the study sample represented in the publications of the Kabylie News page, employing the content analysis form as a tool for analysis.

The study concluded that most of the page's publications are published in Arabic, and most of its topics are of a political and ideological nature, and it also witnesses great interaction on the part of its followers on Facebook.
