تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى كيفية مساهمة الوظائف الإدارية في نجاح الإدارة الرياضية، و لقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي في دراسته، تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان التي تعد أداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات هي مجموعة الأسئلة المترابطة لطريقة منهجية.
كما استعمل المعالجة الإحصائية كإحدى أدوات البحث الأساسية، فقد اعتمد الباحث على طريفة كاف تربيع "كـا² " و استخلص نتائج الفرضيات في تحقيقها في نهاية البحث
Abstract EN
This field study aims at how the administrative functions contribute to the success of sports management, and the researcher relied on the descriptive approach in his study.
He also used statistical treatment as one of the basic research tools.
And the results of the hypotheses were extracted at the end of the research.
