The aim of this study is to present candid insights for entrepreneurs, leading investors, academics and Startup owners, about the importance of governance processes and procedures in innovative companies to help them overcome challenges and difficulties and guide them at every stage of growth and development.

Corporate governance is the framework that allows a company to thrive by balancing and addressing the vested interests of various stakeholders including shareholders, employees and customers.

Having solid governance principles in place helps entrepreneurs get a sense of how the startup will make strategic decisions, especially during a crisis when many decisions related to internal control or risk management or company financials are being made.
