This study aims to determine the commitment to the media before electronic contracting in light of the deadly Corona pandemic and the extent of the impact of the latter on this fundamental commitment, Especially because of the home quarantine measures imposed by the countries of the world and what this pandemic has played in affecting obligations, and because of the role of this commitment in protecting the electronic consumer and enlightening his satisfaction in light of the lack of knowledge balance in the contract between him and the electronic resource, Therefore, any breach of this obligation leads to civil and penal liability.
