In many cases, Waqf properties are affected by a deterioration that cripples their mobility and hinders them from fulfilling the symbiotic role entrusted to them, which is mainly to reduce poverty and contain its effects.

Given the negative effects of the deterioration of Waqf properties, it is imperative that these properties be rehabilitated and reintegrated into the economic movement to create a more dynamic, sustainable and vital economy for the national economy, and to contribute to reducing the financial burden on the State through its own income and the various jobs and other gains it can provide.
