The guarantee of the supremacy of the constitution is to impose control on the constitutionality of laws, which is the effective guarantee of rights and freedoms by protecting them, and to separate the authorities and maintain their balance in order to enshrine the democratic system.

Oversight of the constitutionality of laws is the most effective way to ensure respect for the constitution and its supremacy over other legal rules.
