Algeria has endeavored under its new tourism policy, aimed at developing the tourism sector and trying to promote it, to adopt legal and economic reforms within the context of sustainable development, Where the law No 03/01 of 17 February 2003 Concerning the sustainable development of tourism, came to clarification the intention and determination of the State to create an appropriate and stimulating environment to support and Promote tourism activities, In the framework to the protection of the environment and valuing the natural, cultural and historical capacities of the country, This study seeks to value the efforts of the Algerian legislator in making Algerian tourism keep pace with sustainable development stream and rises to the ranks of tourist countries with distinction.
