PESM.

The law currently applied in Algeria has dealt with public bodies in four aspects.

In the first of which, he stipulated the competence of Parliament, the regulatory authority, the State People's Councils and municipalities to establish them.

While in the second aspect, this law stipulated the revenues of public bodies, and the protection for the funds of each of their categories.

Also, this Law subjected in its third aspect related to activity, PEA activities for the rules applicable to management and specialization principle, PICE activities for the common law rules in their relations with the state, and the commercial law rules in their relations with others.

This law also subjected the activities of PSCPE, PSTE, and PESM to their regulation and other guardianship rules applied to them.

As for the fourth aspect related to disputes, the same law subjected the PEA, PSTE and PSCPE disputes to administrative jurisdiction, and PICE disputes for administrative and ordinary jurisdiction, whereas, he singled out the social, civil, criminal and administrative jurisdiction with PESM disputes
