From this standpoint, the topic of this research revolves around artificial intelligence techniques between reality and expectations by addressing the challenges of civil liability in facing the harms of robots.

As the study focused in this research on dealing with the concept of robots in the field of artificial intelligence technology, as well as the legal basis for civil liability for robot damage.

Contractual liability may be based on general rules based on the theory of guaranteeing hidden defects and the obligation to deliver a product that conforms to the specifications.
