Abstract EN

The aim of this research paper is to track the historical development of the international relationships of the south-south projectadopted by the developing countries tostrengthen their politicsand to become free from subordination, therefore, creating a balance in its relationships to western countries.

This study is divided into twoparts.

In the first part, the researcher stressed the role of international bodies that coordinate together to promote cooperation between southern countries through international meetings.

Then, in the second part, we assessed the situation of these countries within the international arena and its future status especially that some countries tend to create a new reality in the international system.

Eventually, we concluded that international relations between developing countries represent a strategic axis to enhance dialogue and cooperation between them.
