Abstract AR
حفاظا على الصحة العامة بوصفها عنصر من عناصر النظام العام التي يتسع فيها مجال الضبط الإداري البيئي من خلال السهر على نظافة الأماكن و الشوارع العامة وأماكن العمل، والوقاية و الحد من خطر الأمراض و الأوبئة التي تنال من الإنسان فقد لجأت الجزائر و كغيرها من دول العالم إلى اتخاذ جملة من التدابير المستعجلة بغية الوقاية من انتشار و باء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد -19) و مكافحته، وقد كان لهذه التدابير في جانب من جوانبها ارتباط وثيق بمقتضيات حماية البيئة و التقليل من التلوث، و هو الجانب الذي نهدف إلى التطرق إليه في هذه الدراسة.

Abstract EN
For the preservation of public health, as an element of public order which extends to the field of administrative environmental police through the cleanliness of public spaces and avenues, and work spaces, prevention and limiting the dangers of human diseases and epidemics, Algeria, like other countries, has taken a number of urgent measures to prevent and combat the spread of the corona virus (covid19) pandemic, in one of their aspects, these measures are very linked to Preventive environmental requirements and the limitation of pollution, this is the goal we are aiming for through this study.
