This study aims to identify the most important rights enshrined in the Sidow Convention and compare it with the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence, namely the right of women's inheritance, given its importance and a statement in either direction in order to achieve justice that preserves women's rights.

Drawn at the end of a set of differences between the two directions, that equality does not always mean justice, and that olute equality in inheritance is a right.
