The science of Usul Al FiQh based on rules formation represented a purposeful methodology that seeks to direct the ijtihad skill for researchers in the Islamic sciences, where the Islamic mind established a legitimate philosophical approach that capable of ijtihad to derive rulings in all areas of civilized construction in Islamic thought, and thus this science contained important benefits, irreplaceable or underestimated.

From this standpoint, our talk about The impact of the Theology reference in Ijtihad of Islamic jurisprudence aims to achieve the following goals: • Determine the extent to which this science fulfills its goals, and its purposes, past and present.

• Evaluating the course of science, and correcting its mistakes, so that it becomes a standard for understanding it in the past and renewing it in the present and the future.
