The research aims to assess the quality of the job performance of physical education teachers in Dakahlia Governorate.

The researchers used the descriptive approach (survey method), on a sample of (447) teachers, consisting of (50) physical education teachers for the legalization sample, and (397) teachers for the basic sample, in Dakahlia governorate with its various departments.

The researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool, and the researchers reached a physical education teacher who may choose teaching methods according to the nature of the goals to be achieved - students sometimes participate in planning and implementing some activities - sometimes students are trained to manage the queue on their own, and the researchers recommended that physical education teachers pay attention By improving the quality of job performance - physical education teachers should refine their experiences through continuous training and knowledge of modern management and interaction with their subordinates and beneficiaries - interest in using modern means in training programs for employees.
