The research aims to study the repetition in the Diwan of (Wali Al-Din Yakan), where he deliberately intensified the repetition in his poetry, and varied between literal repetition and repetition of words and repetition of phrases and between etymological repetition and repetition of juxtaposition, which painted his poetry with an aesthetic color expressing the connotations carried by the text, which works It is one of the most important stylistic phenomena in contemporary studies, due to the aesthetic values it achieves within the poetic text, which is represented in: Revealing the rhythmic intonation resulting from the repetition of sounds, words and phrases, in addition to showing the semantic values that the poet attaches to the content of the repeated phrase, for artistic and emotional purposes, and to confirm a certain idea and consolidate it in the mind of the recipient, as it becomes clear to the student his psychological state and the reality of his society in which he lives.

The phenomenon of repetition is one of the poetic features that have suggestive and rhythmic expressive cards that enrich the poem and raise its artistic and semantic status.
