in this case, he should disregard the apparent meaning of that hadith and try to extract its hidden meaning in a way that is compatible with the holy Quran.

although, if he could not eliminate the ambiguity and confusion then he must stop judging until the meaning becomes clear to him.

however, if the contradiction is obvious and there is no way to be compatible, then the jurist must disproof the hadith and outweighs the Quran verse over it; because conclusive evidence outperforms the presumptive one in case of evidence contradiction.
