Bank transfers are one of the most important contemporary financial transactions and the most common among people, due to the great need for them.

What is the truth about bank transfers? What is her description and legitimate adaptation? What is the legal ruling for what is taken on it? That is what I have tried to answer in this paper.

The research was divided into an introduction, an introduction, three demands, and a conclusion.

Introduction: Includes a brief introduction to the importance of the topic, and then a research plan.

Preface: includes depicting the issue; Because judging a thing branch from its perception.

The first requirement to discuss with those who went to the adaptation of bank transfers on the basis that it is a rent to transfer money and showed the weakness of their document.
