This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of business incubators in the development of emerging enterprises and support the holders of innovative ideas in knowing the criteria for incubation and the processes acquired towards emerging enterprises using innovation and technological innovation.

The results obtained: There is a positive impact for technology incubators in the development of emerging enterprises and the need for digitization and the knowledge economy and the development of ideas for emerging enterprises.
