Summary: The aim of this article is to examine the manifestations of esthetic awareness in Sufi discourse, by viewing the Sufi experience as an esthetic practice with cognitive implications whose esthetic world is artistically shaped.

As beauty is not far from its concrete achievement, beauty in Sufism is the beauty of knowledge that is rooted in the inspiration or in transcendentalism as a spiritual and cognitive sustenance.

It is rooted, as well, in Sufi language which has started to disclose a human identity and a spirit craving beauty and innovation.

It is also rooted in the female, who is the essence of esthetic consciousness in Sufi discourse.

This study has detailed all of these three significations by focusing on the esthetic composition of these components.
