This research deals with the impact of the French-Turkish geopolitical competition and the extent of its impact on the management of the Libyan crisis, as the data of the Libyan environment show that the parties that control the Libyan were unable to build a consensual social and political contract that would enable them to get out of the situation of no state to the state of establishments, due to the political division and the continued security and military escalation between the Libyan militias and tribes that opened the door to the Libyan arena to more regional and international interventions, such as France and Turkey, which we found an opportunity to find a foothold and influence for them in Libya – by invoking the pretext of providing assistance humanitarian and contributing to resolving the Libyan political crisis.

Which are the indications of the Libyan scene shows that the intervention of both countries is nothing but an attempt to achieve economic, strategic and political gains.

And that is by contributing to the determination or reformulation of the Libyan arena in a manner that serves its reflects negatively on the management of the Libyan crisis
