The disadvantaged position of the consumer in the consumption relationship is the basis that justifies the protection established for him by Consumer Protection and Fraud Suppression Laws, in light of the dominance of the professional stakeholder because of his strong position, especially the economic and knowledge disparity that disrupts the balance of this relationship.

Therefore, the Algerian legislator imposes a set of obligations on this professional to protect the vulnerable consumer, among them the contractual disclosure obligation, which is a mechanism to ensure the safety and security of the consumer from dangerous products.
