Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, so a negative impact on the incomes of many countries has been observed due to the worldwide border closure, especially in the first half of 2020.

Therefore, the Algerian tourism sector has also been damaged because of strict preventive measures.

For that, it seems necessary to search for new mechanisms creating new dynamism for growing the tourism sector and pay more attention to the domestic as an alternative substituting the inbound tourism.

In this exceptional circumstance, the digital tourism technique can be activated to enhance the marketing process.
